Frequently asked questions
What happens if I go over my number of clients?
Your current clients, their programs and their history stay available. You simply cannot add a new client beyond your plan quota: I Train With You then offers you the next plan up.
Does the commission apply to my current clients?
Only if you choose to collect their payments through I Train With You. Anything you bill elsewhere (bank transfer, cash, another tool) carries no commission, whether the client is new or not.
Can I bill outside I Train With You?
Yes. I Train With You does not require you to bill through the platform: you can use the coaching tool and get paid by your clients the way you do today. In that case, you only pay your subscription.
Who pays the Stripe fees?
You do, directly to Stripe: payments are collected on your own Stripe account and Stripe deducts its fees. I Train With You takes no margin on those fees and only collects its commission.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment: upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your coach workspace whenever you want.
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT of 20% is added: Starter €4.68, Pro €13.08 and Elite €59.88 per month including VAT. The Free plan stays free.
