Account Deletion Request
You can no longer sign in to your I Train With You account? Fill in this form and we will process your deletion request within the legal timeframe.
You can sign in? Delete your account yourself
Clients: I Train With You app, Profile tab, "Delete my account". Coaches: dashboard, account menu, "Account and data". The deletion takes effect 14 days after you confirm; signing in again before then cancels it.
Your GDPR Rights (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Processing time: we have a maximum of 30 days to respond to your request from the date of receipt.
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g. billing data: 10 years).
- If we fail to respond or refuse without justification, you may contact the relevant data protection authority (e.g. ICO in the UK, CNIL in France).
