Is I Train With You really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free with no time limit for 1 client, with no credit card. Paid plans start at €3.90 excl. VAT per month (€4.68 incl. VAT), with no commitment.
What commission do you take?
None: you invoice your clients however you like. When online payments through I Train With You open, a commission will apply only to payments collected through I Train With You, never to the rest.
Do my clients need to download an app?
Not from an app store. The client app installs from the browser, on iPhone and Android, in a few seconds. Your clients find their workouts, programs, meals, appointments and messages there.
How do client requests work?
Matching is opening city by city. It will be a bonus, with no guaranteed volume, for verified coaches only, and your plan will never affect the ranking.
Do I have to invoice through I Train With You?
No. You remain free to invoice and collect payment from your clients wherever you want. I Train With You asks for no exclusivity.
Where is the data hosted?
On a server located in France. No data is sold to third parties.
